Projects Wild Remnants
This series of mixed media drawings was inspired by ecologically threatened areas in the Chicago region currently undergoing environmental restoration. Native plants and found objects are printed with black ink on sustainable, handmade, and assembled papers. Layers of watercolor, gouache, gesso and color pencil are added to the printed surfaces.
